My husband and I hired Cole at Althaus Law to help us with some initial estate planning. He was incredibly efficient and helpful, explaining the implications of each approach. We made some changes along the way and Cole was very accommodating. He even made the process fun, which is not an easy task. I would absolutely recommend Cole and Althaus Law!

Cole was very patient and worked with my mom on the completion of legal paperwork. She was not ready for a few documents in her estate planning, but he reassured her they would be available when she was ready. I was very impressed and will get my documents in order as well because of workingwith Cole. He is exceptional and it was truly a pleasure to work with him.

Cole created trusts for both my mother and my wife and I. The whole process was smooth and quick. Good preplanning information was provided, in person and phone meeting were will planned and informative. Everything in the signing process was thoroughly explained and a couple of last minute adjustments were quickly made.
