James is incredibly professional. He always promptly responds to emails and files paperwork with the court. He is easy to get ahold of and very good at explaining things like legal concepts in an easily understood manner. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has experience as both prosecutor and defense attorney which gave him unique insights into my case. He works harder than any lawyer I have hired, and any lawyer anyone in my family has hired as well. He worked a miracle in my case. I was facing multiple felony charges as well as multiple DUI’s, all picked up while I was getting revoked on a previous felony and DUI. I was looking at 90 days jail for the case I was getting revoked on alone. Thats when I hired james, and after performing his magic (I dont have a better word to describe what he accomplished frankly) at the end I was left with the original felony and DUI plus 2 more DUI’s and thats it. I was supposed to serve 90 days on the revocation alone and after adding on 2 more DUI’s I served 40 days jail and 95 days inpatient treatment. If I would have been told what my outcome would eventually be, at the beginning, I would have probably not hired him because I would have thought he was completely out of his mind suggesting something that frankly seemed beyond impossible. What started as a completely impossible dream ended up being a reality and that is due to the work and knowledge that james put forth in my case. If I ever need a lawyer again it will be james without a question. I highly recommend his services to anyone that wants a lawyer that will care about them as a person as well as care about their case and will put full effort into it.

I would like to share my great amazing experience with Susan Fuller & Associates, P.C. law firm. We had involved in Juvenile incident and got charged with 2 minor crimes. We never got involved in or interfered with law and justice system so we as a parents kind of scared, confused and don't know how to proceed with mandatory summons in hand.
