I was very pleased with the outcome of my auto injury case, in which Brian Close and Jason Landress represented me. Both gentlemen were extremely professional, good at communication, easy to talk to and listened well to what was important to me. I found them to be efficient and prompt with paperwork, responsive to my calls and emails, and fought hard with the other side when needed. If I ever have another case to represent I would not hesitate to look them up again!

I had high expectations that Susan's firm would be the correct choice for me when I selected them. Unfortunately, I had to fire them before the case was completed and before we were able to file either a parenting plan or separation agreement with the court. I was assigned Sibylle Clark to handle my case. At the beginning of the case I already had a parenting plan with all the fundamentals agreed upon that did not need any significant work. Sibylle took it upon herself to rewrite it completely and even told me that the way she wrote it was much more complicated (and costly) than other parenting plans she normally worked on. When we started work on the separation plan, I was not given any legal advice. Instead, Sibylle told me I should talk to my financial advisor to get advice on what I should do. When I hired Susan's firm I was upfront that the financial aspects of the case would be the most difficult and I was not informed that they would not be giving me advice. If they had been upfront with that, I would not have selected them. Throughout the drafting of the separation plan, there were numerous errors both logical, and grammatical (in fact my spouse's name was entered incorrectly on several forms!). When trying to correct these errors, I had to point out the corrections multiple times before the changes were actually made (at substantial cost to myself). When trying to resolve these issues with Susan, I was offered some monetary rebate, but she could not guarantee that she could complete the case in a timely or professional manner. When providing my case file there were some missing emails that I was only able to detect by comparing my bill to the emails provided. All told, I spent nearly $15,000 and have nothing filed with the courts. Susan's may be good for some types of cases, but I can't recommend that you use Sibylle for divorce cases.

Susan Fuller & Associates, P.C was able to meet me over the Christmas holidays and handled my matter expediently and with 100% success. I cannot recommend them enough. If you have a family legal matter, they are very very good at their practice.

Throughout the entire divorce proceedings, Jason Landress always worked hard to represent me and encourage me. He is excellent in the courtroom. A knowledgeable, amazing person with a great sense of humor. I am forever grateful for all his persistence and the law firm in general for all their help. This company was VERY responsive with call-backs and recommendations even-though it didn't end up being the kind of case they usually work with. Being a small business owner myself I know the effort required to return calls, even from those that you don't think will end up being customers, in a timely and caring manner. I hope I never have a personal injury case, but if I do they will be my first call instead of all the others advertising on local TV.

Jason Landress is a top notch lawyer! He understood my case, listened, learned every area of law pertaining to my case, and responded appropriately. He is an amazing trial lawyer. I highly recommend this law firm, and specifically Jason Landress, who was my lawyer. My case took quite a long period of time, due to some medical issues; throughout the process, Jason was communicative and thorough with my case. He took the time to explain things step by step in terms I could understand and was always happy to go further into detail, if I asked more. One thing that really stuck with me was that 99% of the time, he would call me back personally with updates, etc, rather than have someone else do it. The personal communication really showed me how hard he, himself, was working on my case and that meant so much to me, as the whole process was scary enough on its own...he helped me through it by being positive and reassuring. I would highly recommend Jason and this firm, and would use them again, if needed.

Having to hire an attorney can often be a stressful process. However this small firm makes it that much easier to get through your ordeal. Great staff and great communication directly from an attorney or someone working very closely with an attorney and having the knowledge to answer your questions.

I would highly recommend Munafo and Associates! I felt they truly cared and were extremely helpful! They take the time to explain what is going, answer any questions and they were always available when I called. I was very nervous after my accident but they made everything go smooth. They highly deserve 5 stars for all the time and effort they put towards their clients.

I have tremendous respect for Susan Fuller & Associates, specifically Jason Landress. I was a wreck when I came to their office because I had already been through the wringer in family court. I had been through 2 different attorneys and was hopeless. Jason was attentive, honest, and very strategic.
