I would highly recommend James Munafo if you need a great attorney. James and Jen worked tirelessly for more than a year to solve my case and I feel like I got a very fair settlement without having to go to trial. James and Jen handled everything from their office and I laughed at how, when it was settled I made my first visit to the office! They took care of everything to my satisfaction and I would definitely us them again if the need should arrive. My questions and phone calls were always answered right away.

When I was in need of legal assistance, I researched many law firms and made the decision to work with James Munafo & Associates. I am so glad I decided to work with James and his paralegal, Jen. They were extremely helpful, making it so that I didn't have to worry about trying to work directly with my auto insurance company or my medical insurance carrier. They handled all aspects of my case very professionally and thoroughly, and any time I left email messages or voice messages for them outside of regular business hours, they were very quick to respond as soon as they were back in the office. I am confident the outcome of my case was much more favorable than it would have been, had I tried to do things myself, or even if I had chosen another law firm to represent me. James will fight for you and win! Having James Munafo & Associates to represent me was like having Rocky Balboa in my corner! I originally went to a bigger, famous law firm to handle my auto accident case. But, they passed me around and made no progress for over a year. After wasting my time, they ended up dropping my case saying, “it was too small.” I started looking for a smaller law firm that I hoped would care and fight for me. James and his staff got right to work. Their communication was excellent! I could phone them and get questions answered directly and honestly. Letters updating me on my case, were in EVERYDAY LAYMAN’S TERMS....which i could read and understand. Emails were short, to-the-point, and professional. They were very patient and understanding when I wanted to make an appointment to go over questions or concerns. I am very grateful to him for winning my case and treating me with dignity.

Too inexperienced to handle a high conflict PCDM case. Also, she charges without valid explanation. I would be hesitant to provide a retainer to this attorney as I experienced inflated charges as an excuse why I didn't get mine back. I have personally reported her to the state and intend on pursuing legal action. For the safety of my children, could never recommend.

I recently used Brandon's services to develop and structure my will and end-of-life planning. Although this is an incredibly difficult topic to consider, Brandon seemed to effortlessly keep my wife and I at ease as we worked through it together. His process is well designed to educate and complete each part of the process. His staff were diligent with contacting me to follow up and keep me accountable to follow through with my requirements. I couldn't say more positive things about Brandon and his staff and have already recommended their group to my friends and family. They are great.
