Jason is great. There won't be a minute where you don't feel confident while you are in court. He was my defense attorney and there isn't a day that goes by where I feel sad about hiring him. No regrets.

I had the opportunity to speak with Jason yesterday. What a breath of fresh air he was! Nobody really wants to speak to an attorney, but this guy was different. Very knowledgeable and professional. No stone was unturned and very diligent. I could not speak more highly of him.

Jason was able to get my DUI case looked at as a first offense and not a second offense that the court had put forth. With that he was also able to get the other charges dropped and was able to get me my property back. Short of a full dismissal of the charges Jason accomplished the best case scenario for me. He was professional and detailed with his answers and he truly cared about the out come of the case. He worked along side me to allow for time to complete the stipulations associated with the charge.

Mr. Jason Landress was truly a profound lawyer. He gave his full effort and full attention to every little detail with my case. He gave me wise advice to a lot of things, including things outside of my case description. He was able to keep a positive manner, in a not so positive situation, and kept my mind at ease. Mr. Landress did an amazing job with helping me out with my case. He was able to help me deduct points from my speeding ticket, as well as provide me with very useful and helpful information. It taken me a few weeks to sort through emotions that I had been bottling up for months while we went through the whirlwind that having a court case can be. I felt it appropriate that today, as I am reminded of things I am thankful for, I take time to express our gratitude towards our attorney Jason Landress. As a parent, you know that there will be bumps in the road however you never expect to have to sit in a court room, holding your breath each time hoping that the information on your case will be delivered in a way that is honest and clear. Jason was not the first attorney we interviewed. In fact he was the fourth however, I knew from our first consult that this was a man of integrity and that if anyone could get to the bottom of how things unfolded that he would do so with as much passion and commitment as I bring to parenting my children. Jason was thorough, thoughtful and was able to connect not only to us as the parents of the defendant but also to our daughter. Every step of the way, Jason was forthcoming with what we could expect to happen, what would be expected of us and any decision or communication the court had with him. Even when we were ready to buckle under the pressure this had on our family Jason was sensitive to our feelings and supported any decision we made while still advising us on our options which ultimately led to us seeing this all the way through. Jason was able to secure a full dismissal of all charges on our daughters behalf. He genuinely was invested in our case and did everything he could to not only get to the truth but also express to the court the complicated intricacies that were affecting our case. I will always be grateful to Jason for all the effort he put into our case in search of the truth, in search of what was right and in support of our daughter.

In 2017/18 I was detained in Douglas County being accused of de-frauding someone out of goods more than $10,000- $50,000. No matter how many times I tried to explain my innocence & that I actually had permission to perform these actions; Douglas County would not hear me out! They wanted to make me into this hard mass criminal who robs people of life. Being young and also African American the system is not an ideal place to be when you are striving for greatness. I feared this would scar me for life leaving me wondering what would life really be like for my family and children and my chances of completing law school. One day after 3yrs I built the courage up and faced my fear and contacted Attorney Landress who was very kind, a good listener of detail, spiritual led and nonetheless a straight bullet that motivated me to conquer my problems. He let me know that the journey would not be easy but he re-assured me that if I was ready to take on this battle he would be willing to ride all the way no matter the outcome. I hired him one day later encouraged that he was definitely the right choice & that I didn't need anyone else to do this job. In this moment I felt as if GOD spoke through him to me; he literally addressed majority of all my issues without me ever having to say much at all, it was MIND-BLOWING ! We researched, and much of the evidence I had he never understood why they didn't dismiss this case. Detail of evidence: Letters (notarized), receipts, & Vital records/documents showing I actually told the truth. He knew at this point without a doubt this case was possibly provable based on the information but once again they fought against it saying I was being held responsible. They offered many different pleas which we never accepted and we continuously went to the drawing board thinking of new approaches for them to get this same information. Landress then called me one night I was out with my family and said I think I figured it out but its no guarantee it will work but lets throw it at them and see what we get ( I was so excited), then he called back and told me we no longer had the same DA some probably shouldn't use that approach anymore. Not only was this case becoming time consuming but this case was even to unique to him seeing the facts! Jason literally worked relentlessly and walked with me through this whole experience!!! He really made me feel like more than my client, I pictured him as family & will always cherish him as family because of the way he treated me through such terrifying experience, I mean truly amazing beyond words. Patient is an understatement ,He got to know my children me and my wife and over time no matter what the news was good/bad he was always there. After a few months we heard nothing due to covid but once things started to open back up we started to get more deeper into the details of things so we can come up with a resolution to the issue. After such a long wait without hearing anything Jason called me on 11/15/21 @8:45pm est and let me know that Douglas County has officially moved for a FULL DISMISSAL and that they would be entering a motion to TERMINATE with no STIPULATIONS. I am pleased with his work, honesty and dedication to his craft and only GOD would be-able to award him with the gift that he deserves because what he has done for me and my family I can never repay him for. I pray on every level that GOD provides him with all of his desires that he longs for and bring him much more success in his future endeavors & ONE DAY! I can be half of the Attorney/Judge that he has been to me. THANK YOU!!

I just can't say enough about Jason and his abilities as an attorney; investigative skills, thoroughness / attention to details, relationships with opposing attorney's / DAs ... (it's obvious the legal community think highly of him). But most of all, it is his personal investment in the case he's handling; he genuinely cares about your case to that "next level". I've been represented by a number of attorney's over the years and Jason by far exceeds expectations. In sports terms, Jason's not only a "five star" but a "generational talent". I had a great experience with Jason Landress. Throughout the case Jason was very respectful and punctual. This was my first time in trouble so it was nice that Jason made sure that I had a clear understanding every step of the way. I liked how Jason made it comfortable when talking about the case, felt like I was talking to a friend. When we went to court Jason went well over my expectation when he secured a complete dismissal on my case. Now that the case is dropped I can sleep a lot better and put this case behind me. So, if you need a great Lawyer that will go over and beyond Jason is your guy!
