I’m so disappointed. I was never told about all the different deductions they take out of your settlement. They don’t explain anything to you and just reassure you every will work out. They Do not stay in contact with you and let you know what’s going on with your case. Be prepared to end up with a small portion of your awarded settlement amount! I wasn’t because that was not explained to me and it makes me sick to my stomach every time I think about what I actually ended up getting. Erica was very nice but I feel she should have done a better job at explaining how everything works. And to top it off the called and argued with me about my review when they seen it. I couldn’t believe they did this! So unprofessional.
