Two cases and he burned me on both. Very high dollar cases and went for himself on both. It ties into the slumlording and and perverse behavior toward me, Kathy Carson as the only senior citizen and original tenant.

Well this was our first time having to talk to a lawyer ever, for a very personal alleged crime. We came in here with open minds, hoping for the best, after talking for maybe 10 min, retainer fee was discussed, and then when we did not pull out check book and say yes please help us.... This is where it got uncomfortable, we tried to ask more questions, was suppose to be 1 hr "free" consultation. Instead at this moment we were talked down to with profanity (will not repeat here), and basically told we were not prepared so he could do nothing for us.

I hired Jim after I had been in a devastating, life altering accident at work. He took control of the situation and was a true professional thoughout the whole process. I had seen a couple of lawyers for consultation before him and he was the most knowledgable and the only one who could put me at ease. I highly recommend Jim, not only for his professionalism but for the take charge attitude and confidence he carries. A true old school Attorney.
