Brennan Heuser and his team took amazing care of everything from helping me get the help I needed to physically recover but also the amount of time and effort spent to get everything together. Even leaving with a parting gift I can't thank them enough for how much Brennan, and his team have done thank you so much!

Was a disappointing experience with such high hopes in the beginning. I was rear ended by an underinsured driver and it seemed as though the firm/attorney was more worried about enough money in the claim to pay their fees than they were about actually assisting me in making me body whole. I knew I was never going to be financially whole from the insulting offers I was receiving from the person who hit me's insurance. After being told if I was to proceed with the surgery (highly recommended by the surgeon after finding no cartilage under my kneecap that took the brunt of the collision), they would no longer represent me since there isn't enough money in retainer. So then my husband called and was told if we postpone the surgery, they would continue to represent me. So I postponed the surgery and continued to take Tylenol to mask the pain I felt daily while still working. The pain got so unbearable that when I was finally tired of being in continuous pain and was able to secure a surgery date, I pressed forward against the attorney's wishes as my knee was not getting any better by continuing to walk on it. I was fired again and this time was permanent. It worked out, albeit slowly for me. I was able to get the much needed surgery and am finally whole with an additional struggle added onto my troubles with her insurance company due to being represented then not represented because they have two different sections that apparently don't communicate. While I understand that ultimately my actions caused the attorney to no longer represent me, had I known what I do now, I would have been better off representing myself in the beginning over having the additional stress of an already stressful situation with the constant threat of losing representation hanging over my head. My husband and daughter were in a head-on collision and were represented by McDivitt and I would go to them next time over having to worry every day.

Matt striggle did a very excellent job

Heuser & Heuser helped me with my workmans comp claim for the first year and I couldn't be more satisfied. Brennan and Shannon were great and they took care of everything. My claim got handed over to Matt Striegel who works with Heuser & Heuser and office is in Pueblo,Co. Matt is a great person and attorney, he settled my claim and took care of it all. I highly recommend Striegel Law Firm and Heuser & Heuser.

I would never recommend this office, waited around for a month of barely any conversation. Being told they would help me find a doctor and help me find therapy for myself and my family to now dropping my case stating they don't understand how I was injured! In my opinion felt like they just wanted to play the game and messed around! They don't have great communication in the office what so ever. I definitely feel like it was horrible experience! When they state that they are there to help get your life back on track to just not even helping and drop you like it's nothing!!!!

Didn't take a workers comp claim and referred me to Joe Winston who they said is great. Joe Winston has over half of his reviews at 1 star. Now I question Heuser and Heuser on their decision making.
