My experience with Heuser & Heuser was wonderful. When my husband got hurt and his work comp claim was denied, we were shocked. But when we started calling around, and contacted Heuser and Heuser. We felt confident we made the right choice. From moment one they were professional and on top of things. Even when the world shut down we were able to get in contact with them. Which given how important that is this was amazing. I highly encourage you to hire them if you are in need.

I was very excited when I meet Matt Striegel his openness and honesty made me feel like I was in the right place. It was literally the best decision I ever made. Not only did he take my calls when I called the office but he stood up to my bullying workmans comp insurance company and he got me an amazing amount of money. Way way way over their initial offer of 5k. He is a awesome attorney and I would use his services again in a heartbeat. Thanks Matt.

I really wish you had the option to give zero stars. I have never in my life been treated so poorly. I was in a car accident that wasn't my fault when I was 5 months pregnant in September of last year. I had my intial meeting with them face to face with someone from their office where I agreed to hire them because they were convincing and seemed to care. After that though getting a hold of them was impossible! I spoke to the actual lawyer over the phone only once and he assured me he would be at court with me but he didnt show up. I called several times as well as emailed but did not hear back from them for MONTHS untill I received an e-mail from them stating that the paralegal who was handling my case was no longer with their firm and because of that my case had "slipped through the cracks"! Unbelievable! I lost my license, had an extremely difficult pregnancy in constant pain, as well as my 5 year old daughter being so traumatized by the accident that she reverted backwards in her progress and had to see a therapist but me and my daughters slipped through the cracks?! They assured me in the email that the new paralegal would be all over it. Yet it was another month or so before I heard anything else. The next email I received asked me to go to their Pueblo office to sign paperwork. So I go to the pueblo office but no one is there. It was 1 o'clock in the afternoon so I assume they're out to lunch. I go back the next day at about 10 a.m still no one is there. I go back a few days later about 2:30-3 still no one is there. I also called the main office in springs and left messages 4 different times stating the problem and asking if there was another way to sign the paperwork and received no call back. A week later I recieve a letter in the mail stating that I would be dropped as a client if I didnt comply and fill out the forms and for MY "lack of communication"!! Obviously at this point I am far from happy with them. I called their office and as always was told no one was available to speak to me so I left a voicemail again and even as angry as I was politely asked for someone to please contact me to explain what was going on and of course didnt get a call back. I emailed no response. Went by the Pueblo office again no one was there. The last time I called their office the receptionist refused to even let me leave a voicemail, told me I had been dropped as a client, and this girl actually CUSSED at me over the phone?!! I hung up dumbfounded unable to believe what just happened! How very very unprofessional and incredibly rude! I am so disgusted by their behavior, their audacity, and total lack of care for their client!

Lori is such a sweetheart, she showed concern about my health and well being through it all and treated me like family. I am absolutely pleased with the outcome and settlement and ever so thankful for the hard work and determination!
