(edits to my first previous review) I would never work with this law office again The organization I work for was working with them to apply for my EB2 visa and green card, but apparently the people that work for this law office had no idea of what they were doing: 1 - They never mentioned that we could apply for a special H1B visa without having to be in the lottery because I work for a non-profit affiliated with a university 2 - They recommended us not to apply for the H1B through the lottery while working on my green card process 3 - They mis categorized my job position (an amateur mistake) and after 18 months in the process, the government denied my PERM Result: after 18 months in the process, I had to go back to my country. After all that, they never recognized their mistake or tried to compensate me for wasting 18 months of my life and for changing my plans for the future.

Amy Novak is amazing! A perfect combination of extremely knowledgeable and caring. My business has flourished since applying for H2B worker visas. Definitely a must for any business who is having trouble finding workers for their on season!
