I won against these crooks. Alicia Reinken, Nicole Griffard, and Ben Owens-Felice robbed me of 2 years of my life. The owners of 425 Birch in Estes Park hired these clowns and after 2 years of horrible litigation the Judge awarded me my earnest money back! These 3 attorneys told the Seller that they had a slam dunk case when that was not true at all. They proceeded with litigation and it cost me over $50k to get my $20k earnest money back. I’m still in litigation with the real estate agent Alissa Anderson with New Roots Real Estate for her part in all of this misrepresentation. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM OR THESE ATTORNEYS NAMED ABOVE! False promises and years of horrible unnecessary litigation and costs.
