We had a 30-minute consultation meeting with Gabriel Montalvo to review a title report for a first house purchase. First off, the price was far more reasonable than any other option we looked into. Along with that, this was very last minute. I called Monday morning, and they had me set for a Zoom call that day at 12pm. Gabriel could not have been nicer, and was incredibly thorough in examining the title report. He noticed a few things that we had missed, and explained how to rectify those issues. And, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was in line with the sellers in terms of liens, etc. Will absolutely be recommending Gabriel and Robinson & Henry for anyone needing legal assistance.
