Knowledgeable attorney who is very professional

We recently used Waltemath Law for our estate planning. We had a good experience. The process was fast. Tamra and her staff are competent and professional.

I would give zero stars for this woman and her assistant if that was an option. Please, do yourself a favor, and DO NOT use them. We contacted them to help assist with a will and estate planning for my great uncle. My mother (his niece), and myself, are the only family he has in the state and really the only people that can help him. He has no children or spouse. This woman literally treated us like the scum of the earth. She was condescending, accusatory, and downright mean. She would not answer questions thoroughly (if we even got an answer). After the first real meeting to go over the documents I left her office practically in tears for how she treated me. It was as if she thought we were criminals. Looking back, I compare her attitude to that of Meryl Streep's character in The Devil Wears Prada! I have never in my life been treated so poorly by a "professional". Please, take your business elsewhere. This was a horrendous experience, and the only reason we did not stop the process mid-way after meeting her was because we wanted to get through it as quickly as possible given my great uncle's age and how difficult it is for him to travel around, etc.

We created our living wills, estate planning documents, and power of attorney documents with the assistance of Tamra. We appreciate her thorough explanations and clarifications to ensure that our wishes would be carried out.

We recently updated our wills with Tamra. She was professional, and explained everything in layman’s terms for us, making our experience as pleasant as possible.

Tamra was easy to work with, pointed out a lot of things we assumed a will would take care of and doesn't, and gave us detailed instructions on everything. We'll definitely be going back.

My girlfriend recommended me to Tamra and we went in and she explained everything that I needed and explained things I didn’t quite understand. It’s a hard subject to talk about but so needed and she made the experience less stressful. Thanks Tamra!

I went to Tamra after my husband passed away for what should have been a simple no will probate, that turned into a very complicated one. Tamra found me a trail attorney and worked with her to get me thru and resolve the procedure. Then Tamra counseled me, and we completed the necessary documents for my health and estate planning. She reviewed everything with me, explained it thoroughly & answered all my questions. She was prompt, efficient & could speak to me in terms I was able to understand. Highly recommend her!
