Tamra provided Susan and I the services for our POA/s, Will/s, and Living Will/s. She was professional, to the point, and accomplished the goals efficiently. We did not pay for time regarding unnecessary chit chat, but instead focused on ensuring each of our different desires where captured by documents in regards to the Living Will/s, POA, Will/s.

Tamra was very helpful in updating my wills and estate planning. I am confident that everything is well taken care of and will definitely return to update them if there are any life changing events.

The staff at this law firm were fabulous, kind, and professional. I wish I could say the same for Tamra Waltemath. While she was competent when it came to her writing a will for my husband and myself, we found her very impersonable. When we arrived to sign our paperwork we noticed a small sign that said to not being small children to the signing appointment. Unfortunately we noticed it too late and had our almost 2 year old with us. When she came out I apologized about it and she said it was more for our convenience so we could concentrate. So naturally during our appointment our daughter had a minor tantrum. Tamra seemed very annoyed and asked if we wanted to continue. I said yes and a few moments later a staff member entered and kindly offered to entertain our daughter so we could finish. Before I even had a chance to thank him, but decline, Tamra very rudely said that they weren’t a babysitting service and would not be doing that. Wow. I thought that was beyond uncalled for, condescending, and disrespectful to not only us, as her clients, but also her staff. If we have to do any amendments to our will in the future we will be going elsewhere.

I recently used the attorney services of Tamra K. Waltemath for Estate Planning, a last will ant testament, and other related legal services. I found her professional services to be efficient, well-explained, complete, and a pleasant experience overall. Considering what I am paying for an initial Consult, you would think Tamra would be more helpful and less rude. Showing up with my spouse for an elder consult regarding his mother was not what she expected and she made it clear I was not welcome. Wouldn’t even make eye contact or discuss my questions. That’s another $300 consult even though the questions applied. How can you have an elder care consult and not be allowed to ask about medicare? And how can you charge so much and be so rude? Walked away with an empty wallet and no answers.

Definitely enlist Tamra if you are in the market for estate planning. Tamra and her office staff were incredible to work with! We needed to do our estate planning and had no experience with the documentation. Tamra was patient and thorough in walking us through all the details. The documents turned out perfectly and were delivered timely. We would work with her again in a heartbeat!
