Shauna was unreliable in communicating to me. Her interaction style is to repeat herself numerous times, costing the client money. She is ineffective in negotiating. She was not resourceful in developing a plan regarding Probate, making me wonder what her specialty is. Twice, she told me that she would be filing a motion, and never did. This is unacceptable. She is unprofessional, often eating on the phone, needing to assist her daughter or her dog. She is not an effective Probate lawyer.

Randy Paulsen is the greatest lawyer anyone could hire. He's compassionate and honest. I was on trial facing 15-32 years, and I was found not guilty on all charges. I'm grateful and would hire him in a heartbeat. He's the greatest lawyer I have ever met.

I contacted Randy for representation in a criminal defense matter in Westminster, he was attentive and personable over the phone, and provided a very reasonable fee structure, so I retained him over the 8 other lawyers that I explained my case to. In the end Randy delivered a Grand Slam win which was a full dismissal of my charge. Honesty, integrity and transparency are hard to come by these days and I believe I received above and beyond that. Thank you Randy!

Two years ago my ex and I were getting a divorce. We have a small child and both of us were committed to go through the divorce together in the best way possible because of our son. In addition, a home on our street became available. My ex wanted to purchase it, but needed us to file our divorce paperwork. We may be the fastest divorce that Larry ever did. We did three sessions with him and had the paperwork complete in about a month and obtained our divorce in 91 days. We dealt with complicated issues like that of equity transfer in my company, my ex's trust, etc. I'm pleased to say as a direct result of doing medication and not using attorneys, our son emotionally dealt with the divorce in a wonderful manner and my ex and i have a better relationship as divorced parents then we did as a married couple. Dirty rotten scoundrels!! They don't even have insurance. Randal himself let my wife be deported...doing almost 1 year in jail before deportation. Didn't fight for us one bit Matter of fact, he was laughing and talking with the damn D.A.!!!! His daughter is an attorney there too, our friend been paying on an open C.P.S. for most 2 years now#! case that was no fault of her own...kids were taken & kept away
