As a previous customer, looking at my credit report from June to now, late January, there was little to no change. I always had to reach out to them for updates. Several items on my credit report that were VERY dated and should've been deleted were not addressed. Very disappointing for the money I spent.

If you are planning to get services here please stay on top of every single step of the way. I spent a year with this company and $1200 later there have been little to no changes. After attempting multiple times to ask questions where the process was at and also what was being sent where I was met with very evasive answers. Dawn was the specialist I was working with and was often met with "I just told you" on the phone. After going back and forth with Dawn for the past week with unanswered questions, I've had to end services. It is unfortunate as so many people have had completely different experiences.

I cannot thank these people enough. I have always struggled with my credit and for the first time my credit is good! They do exactly what they promise. Thank you Riverstone. And thank you Dawn.

My credit journey has been quite a ride! Once working with Vanessa Rodriguez, my credit as well as my husbands has improved tremendously. My credit score went down working with them. This place is a total scam. Just save your money and use the money you would pay to them to pay down your debt.

I must say that Kenneth is by far the best agent at Riverstone Law. He is honest and very transparent. He has spent countless hours on the phone explaining credit solutions. Please, Please request to speak Kenneth and no one else. As you will be selling yourself short if you do request to speak directly to him. Everyone else will provide you with a sale pitch and are not very honest. Thanks so much Kenneth for all of your hard work.

Riverstone Law was extremely helpful in my credit journey. I had medical collections and inquiries removed. I could not believe how quickly things were completed. I have been sending my customers that need help getting their credit reports cleaned up since Riverstone Law have been in business. A long time now! They treat my customer great and let them know where they are at during the process. once they are done I get an a email from them that my customer is ready to move forward with their refinance or purchase loan.
