I called riverstone law because I recieved a weird phone call the other day about paying a credit card I haven't had for 10 years. Jane Andrade was so helpful and professional in answering all of my questions. After getting off the phone with her I put a smile on my face knowing everything was okay and I felt 100% relieved after speaking with her! She is definitely a valued employee and got an A+ in my book! Thank you for all you guys have done for me! Great company and great employees!

I'm posting on behalf of my husband. He was originally told that his credit was an easy fix and that they would need no longer than a few months to get some "simple" things updated and removed from his report. Here we are
a YEAR later and they are still working on the same issues. We have called and emailed to cancel on more than one occasion! They keep saying we just have 1 more thing to finish up and if you cancel now we won't be able to finish it. I have the email saved from January stating we wanted February to be our final payment. To date they have continued to "work" on his file. We have now paid nearly an additional $500 since we wanted to cancel in Feb and once again they insist they are almost done and need just a little more time. My husband called again around April to confirm his cancellation and said May is absolutely our last payment. Well guess what?!? I woke up and noticed they drafted a payment again for June and said they will continue until July!!! This has just pushed me over the edge!!! I feel like we have been absolutely nickle and dimed!!! They should not tell people it is a quick fix and then drag it out fixing 1 thing at a time and making it nearly impossible to cancel. I feel like we have been so close to the finish line but just can never seem to actually cross it. I really wish we would have used the company that fixed my credit instead! My credit was far worse and they cleaned it up in under 5 months for a fraction of the cost and they didn't have to BS me in order to get more money. I will NEVER recommend this company because I feel they are shady and will milk you for as long as you allow them to!

Won’t refund me for the month I did not utilize! They are stealing $200 from my account! When I mentioned I wanted to cancel my subscription they transferred me to 8 different representatives until I finally got through to someone!

Canceling is extremely frusterating. I called to cancel and they told me they would have someone call me sithin 24 hours to take care of it. I said that would be fine. They do not have anyone call you. They have a recording call you that "says sorry I missed you" tells you to call them back. I have recieved their lame recording for a few days and am in a vicious cycle of waiting on hold and getting this recording that they are hoping will go to your voicemail. Do not hire this company unless you want to pay them $100 a month for the rest of your life
