I absolutely adore and appreciate Seth Kerr and Monique Velasquez. They took the time to make sure we understood how the process works, what we can do on our end as far as help with our credit cards. They were so helpful and easy to talk to. We are so grateful! When we had originally called and spoke to Melvin and some paralegal that was working for him. I could never get a hold of them and they didn't give me much information. I am grateful I made the call again because Seth and Monique took away a lot of the worries.

I have had the pleasure of working with Miss Monique Velasquez. She is very informative & does an amazing job explaining everything. I had multiple questions and she answered every one of them and then some and did so politely & positively. My situation is quite stressful and after speaking with her, I can take a breath of relief knowing that she is there for me. If you want things done right and to be treated right, she's your girl.

I have been with Riverstone for a few months now and my results are steadily improving; my case is a bit more challenging in that most of my issues are attached to my bankruptcy. The service I have received has been great and I always get my questions answered. The last rep I spoke with (Monique V) was very informative and helpful. Since signing up with Riverstone my FICO score has improved about 27 points.

I would have given them no stars but it would not let me do that I had to give them one star this credit company NO. The workers will tell you anything just to get you too sign up.Very rude people Its hard to catch up with the person you started out with.They put you on hold for 30 till 45 min I wouldn't refer this place to my worst enemy DON'T DO IT.
