Awful company. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Told by numerous employees "we have too many clients to call, we wait for them to call us for working on your case" then when you do call, you never get a return call back. This place signs you up and gladly bills you the 100$ monthly but doesn't do anything for you until your on the phone (if you can reach them) telling them what to do. Was also told longest they have clients in program is 3 months. Then they tell you it's going to take at least 6 to 9 months after you sign up. Highway robbery. This place needs to be shutdown. They Interrupt you talking to tell you there's nothing they can do.

I had always had good credit. I got sick after surgery and almost died. Needless to say everything in my life got put on the back burner. When I finally got out of the hospital I had bills, bills, bills. I kept paying, paying and paying. I took care of most all of them, however my credit was still wrecked. There were also several pesky collection agencies that had been paid, but were still wrecking my credit. I did not know where to turn. I found continental credit and thought, what the heck, I'll try anything. they helped me so very much, I don't even know where to start. My credit is now back over 700 and rising monthly. I cannot thank Lauren and others at Continental Credit for helping me get back on the right track.

I recently contacted Riverstone Law for assistance with credit and reached an associate there, Tommy Ferguson. What a pleasure he was to talk to. He took time to talk with me and explain all the information, as well as treated me with respect, kindness and humor. Thank you Tommy for all your help, you are truly the Rockstar!

Vanessa is amazing. She is very thorough in her work and is not hesitant to answer any questions. I am very happy to have her working on my case. Received great feedback today from Vanessa Rangel, a Paralegal with Riverstone Law today!
I never realized how a credit card credit limit and how I was using it was negatively affecting how I could effectively raise my credit score - she explained and I'm not wiser on this front.

I have been using Riverstone Law for a few months now and they have saved me one huge headache after another. Most recently worked with Charlie Jones, who confidently directed me what to do when collection letters started to come in. He was also able to accurately update me on what was deleted from each credit union and what they were aggressively working on for me currently. Ask for Charlie if you want great customer service and knowledgeable answers! am happy to say I have been very please with the work done so far and what little I have left to handle.
