I have worked with Margaret Polson for over 15 years. During that time, Margaret drafted and filed over 200 patents and various IP instruments for me and my company. And Margaret has helped manage over 60 challenges or infringements on many of these patents with a 100% success rate. She moved from her original firm to create her own IP Specialty firm. I was happy to follow her and maintain the solid working relationship that I have enjoyed and benefitted from these many years. Her professional demeanor and acute understanding of complex issues has been refreshing and never urbane nor pedantic. Her communication skills make it a pleasure to work with her and her staff.
