Paul answered my inquiry in a timely manner. He listened to my issue over the phone then offered a consultation. He took the time to review my case and gave me different options about how i wanted to proceed and the outcomes of those options. He was very personable and honest. Even though he wasn't a fit for this specific case, he offered references to possibly he as another option to help my case.
