Annie Billings White was recommended to me by a friend who used her services for family estate planning. From my initial conversation with Annie on the phone, thru to completion of a trust, last will and testament, living will, medical power of attorney, general and durable power of attorney I was very impressed with her knowledge of the law, and experience and compassion about these very personal life decisions. With the pandemic I chose to do the majority of communication with Annie regarding questions, and preferences over the phone, and email. Her responses were always respectful, knowledgeable, and caring. She clearly listened well to my preferences. Her knowledge opened my ears to options I had not considered. She strove well to explain my choices, and respect my decision. I sought a trust that would have strong clear clarity without complication. We achieved that. And also appreciated was the reasonable fee for the work.

Recommend hands down, my apts were personal and future help has been over the top. Thank you Annie in particular. Without her I would have been at a loss in any decision making, a very heart felt Thank you.

I came into the Pearman law firm with high expectations. I worked with Sean Pearman directly who appeared to be extremely authentic and reasonably priced. When we first met I discussed with him that my budget was important to me and that I wanted to make my legal matter short and simple. He reassured me that it would only take 2 hours of his time. However, Mr. Pearman not only failed to review certain documents with me (causing further legal issues and added fees) but also billed me twice what he had quoted me for. When I called to discuss the charges, Mr. Pearman refused to be available and I was given no explanation for the outrageous end balance. All in all, Mr. Pearman and his law firm did not meet my expectations and I will not be recommending him to anyone else.
