I met Attorney Beardsley in small claims court in Meriden CT. I presented numerous letters and proof of my claim as the plaintiff. The defendant presented nothing at all other than her opinion. Attorney Beardsley felt that the defendant gave credible testimony and discounted all of the signed documentation to the contrary. In other words, she ignored all of the evidence. Even my private litigation attorney was surprised.
