I have been working with Attorney Dave Minicozzi for close to 20 years. He adeptly handled the closing on my house and its subsequent refinance, as well as my Will. He has also assisted my mother with her Will and other legal concerns. Attorney Minicozzi is professional and well-versed. He responds in a timely fashion, shows concern for his clients and their well-being, and works hard on their behalf. He is well-respected in the local community and draws on his connections to provide additional resources for his clients when necessary. Attorney Minicozzi has always been available to answer my questions or respond to my concerns, and does so in a friendly and no-nonsense manner. His affable approach to his work makes him easy to talk with, confide in, and trust. I never hesitate to recommend Attorney Minicozzi, and do so happily and with much regard.

Attorney Minicozzi assisted me after my divorce when my ex-husband refused to comply with the divorce decree. David was supportive and knowledgeable about how to proceed through this difficult experience. During the course of the case he had to file multiple contempt charges. He was always prepared to stand in front of the Judge and advocate for me. Being in front of a Judge is nerve-racking but David always reviewed with me prior to the appearance what would happen, questions that may be asked, making me feel confident when I had to get on the stand.

Atty. David Minicozzi has been my attorney for over 10 years. He is extremely bright and incrediby dedicated to his clients and their various needs and challenges. He goes "over and above" in making himself available to his clients in any way that is necessary. He helps his clients feel included and informed, whether it is by generously taking his time to explain sometimes complex legal details or by providing a calm demeanor and sympathetic ear, which is so important given the often stressful and emotional landscape clients may be trying to navigate. His passionate nature shows not only in his approach to practicing law, but also in his dedication and participation in many social activities that benefit his community. I have recommended Atty. I am a past and current client of David Minicozzi. I have used a number of lawyers in the past. But I would prefer to use David as opposed to the others. He has always given me prompt, thorough and honest advice. He has guided me through difficult and emotional times. If I hadn't listened to his advice I would have found some difficult situations impossible to navigate. I know all about the disciplinary action against David. It is irrelevant to me. It was a minor incident, no one was harmed, and it was a long time ago. He has redeemed himself by doing good works in his community and by providing quality legal advice to his many grateful clients. I think AVVO has unfairly posted this incident, considering how long ago it was and how trivial the incident was. If anything, David has grown and has become a better lawyer. I have recommended him to many friends and family members and will continue to do so.
