Nicole was extremely helpful with my case. She let me knew about how long it would take from the start and she was exactly right to the week! She put up a great fight for me and I wouldn’t have had the same outcome without her. Very rude on the phone when I called about an arbitrator.
The man answering the phone wouldn’t give me the time of day, never gave recommendations and just hung up the phone on me. Was very off putting since this is the first time I ever needed any type of legal council.
