I am the happiest person in the world! After more than a year of filing, I will be married. And I owe it all to David. Without his help with the K1 visa process, I don’t believe my fiancé and I would ever be together. If you are looking for an immigration lawyer who knows how the system works and how to get things done, then David Carvalho is the lawyer you need. Right now, getting a K1 visa is so tricky. You’ll be told at every turn that because of COVID-19, you will have to wait. In our case, we were told (because of COVID-19) that the Colombian embassy was not processing K1 visas at all, which was completely untrue. My fiancé and I were heartbroken over receiving this news. Luckily, we had David on our side. With one well-worded email from him, doors opened, and we had our appointment with the embassy in the next few weeks. I can’t express how happy I am with the service David provided. He is knowledgeable, diligent, and has excellent attention to detail. Before beginning the process with David, we contacted many attorneys who wanted money upfront before consulting on the matter which worried us a little.
