I had lost all hope of getting my green card, but Alicia made it possible. During the process of filing for my green card with my ex-husband, I endured abuse. Overwhelmed, I abandoned the process and returned to Africa. I was desperate to find someone who could help me get my green card so I could return to the States. She was incredibly compassionate, understanding, and flexible with her charges, even allowing installment payments. Alicia’s kindness and professionalism made a world of difference. She kept me updated throughout the entire process, and with patience and perseverance, I finally received my green card and was able to return to the States.
