Gene provided excellent services throughout our trademark filing process. After our initial trademark application was filed, we received an Office Action letter from the USPTO Examining Attorney assigned to our case. Gene was able to get the Office Action resolved quickly with the USPTO. Then, after our trademark was published for Opposition, we did receive opposition from 1 company, but Gene was able to get this issue resolved quickly also. We applied for our trademark and received an office action. A few days later, Gene sent us an email regarding his services and we agreed to have Gene look over our application to see if he could help us.
