No matter how much adversity she faces from the legal system in Connecticut, she pushes ahead. Never giving up and always encouraging her clients. I would trust Attorney Miller with my life! She took my case on short notice when the Commission on Human Rigts and Opportunities was on the verge of dismissing my case. Attorny Miller . I sat with Attorny Miller and watched her during three depositions as she made the respodants own witnesses contradict the respondants case. The brief that she wrote for the cases' judge cited enough case law, precedents, common law and persuasive legality to do even the great Supreme Court jurist Thurgood Marshall proud! She is that accomplished at writing legal briefs. She is really that good!!! Just as important, Attorney Miller always returned the phone messages that I left for her. And, unlike some attorneys, Attorney Miller always explained where we are at as the case progressed and always explained matters of legal esoterica.It is unfortunate and an injustice that Attorney Miller is not ranked as a " superlawyer", because that is exactly what she is: a highly skilled attorney who cares about her clients.In a day and age when attorneys are mostly concerned about fattening their wallets/purses , Attorney Miller is that one rare exception of the lawyer that cares about her client and the case.
