I have known Candace only a few years since a lady moved into my rest home she was conserving. Since then, I have asked her to conserve for 4 other clients. I don't seem to find enough words to thank Attorney Fay for representing me in a case against a contractor who did a very low quality job when replacing my driveway. Attorney Fay was extremely judgmental of my situation. Constant eye rolling and talking down to me. I have since worked with different attorneys and they have treated me with far more respect. My criminal matter was not handle professionally or discretely. The matter is still pending. She resigned as my attorney and would not even talk to me about it. I got a certified letter in the mail.

Candace handled a contract matter and worked with my accountant. I am very pleased with her knowledge, personality and her way around in the system.

Used Attorney Fay to represent me in a small claims case. For that she was great. Now she is suing me in small claims court for fees that I never owed to her. All fees were paid up front to her on every court date or dropped at her office in Bethel personally. She never performed any work which was not paid for. She must not be so successful if she has to sue past clients for money they don't owe. See you in court soon Candace.
