Bayer & Black P.C. is a firm comprised of exceptional attorneys and office staff, all of whom we’ve had the pleasure of working with. We’ve often approached them completely in the blind, unsure of how to navigate the (usually complex) situation at hand. To date, we’ve used their services to navigate settling three estates, the sale of a home, and a complex and very serious criminal case. Their patience with us cannot be understated. Their entire office is comprised of exceptional individuals all of whom are accessible, compassionate, and responsive. VERY POOR JOB: HE charged me DOUBLE what he charges other clients and he took big short cuts in managing the sale of our house: he never provided a settlement letter, the mortgage payoff letter, he did not collect property details and did not put in the necessary exclusion into the bill of sale until I EMAIL HIM 3 TIMES!!

I am so thankful to have found Kevin Black. He was responsive, compassionate and knowledgeable. He talked me through every process. Judges and other lawyers would comment on his professionalism and preparedness. I would recommend him to anyone.
