We are a family owned business of residential rental properties and have always had very difficult times purchasing a foreclosure property. We had made several attempts and failed to make it through to a purchase every time. In early 2017, we found a foreclosed property in Wilton CT that we really wanted and decided this time to get a lawyer, Amy Zabetakis, involved from the start. The purchase (our first foreclosure), although not easy, was eventually made and we are fairly certain that Amy's guidance and persistence with the bank made all the difference.
