A few months back, I ran into a problem with the university I was attending at the time. To make a long story short, I made an honest mistake with one of my courses, and because of it, I was not allowed to graduate. After a few weeks of back and forth between myself and my university, it became abundantly clear that I was not getting anywhere with them. I reached out to multiple attorneys, most of whom I called but never responded. The attorneys that did respond wanted thousands of dollars upfront before they would even talk to me. With Ms. McKeon's help, I was able to both avoid litigation with my university and finally be allowed to graduate. Had it not been for Ms. McKeon's consul, it is very unlikely that I would have achieved the same outcome on my own, and for that, I am eternally grateful.
