Knows exactly what she is there for ., Talks with respect to you, has so much experience and most of all, you can call anytime now or years from now and she will always be there to answer any questions. I also have to add, the woman who works for her (Tammy) is very helpful and pleasant, no matter when you call or how many. They settle your mind.
