Michael represented us in a lawsuit against Sears for their failure to honor a warranty on a boiler in a timely fashion. He was excellent through all stages of the process, from dealing with their attorneys prior to litigation, to subpoenaing documents, to preparing us for the trial, through handling the courtroom and following up afterward. He was incredibly dogged in pursuing the best context for framing our argument and prepared us well for testifying. He maintained a wonderful sense of humor throughout that buoyed us through a stressful situation. He not only won the case against Sears but got the boiler manufacturer to kick in extra damages because their expert had failed to notify us of his evaluation of the problem. My wife and I found him to be excellent council, and I would recommend him to anyone needing a litigator.

Michael is a very hard working attorney who is not one to cut corners. If your looking for an old school attorney who is true to his word, will always follow up with a call back and does not put up with procrastinating then you've found the right guy. Michael will get the job done!
