Initial consultation was Free, 1 hr and he made an impression. I hired Attorney Day to represent me in a Divorce & Custody dispute. So far, i am happy with his work. He is always by my side to guide me to make the best judgement given my peculiar situation. I find him very honest and realistic. You won't get a better representation out there in my opinion. I contacted Mr. Day about representing me in a civil rights case and all his secretary kept talking about was the $200 I would need BEFORE he spoke to me. Whether Mr. Day took my case or not he was going to take my $200 and to me that is all he was worried about.
