I had a very positive experience with Erika and this firm. I received a prompt response (the next day) to my online email outlining my present situation. Although they did not end up taking my case, Erika listened empathetically to my situation & one of the firm's attorneys reviewed the information from my prospective case. Erika called back a couple days later to explain why my case was not selected for them to represent me and they were kind enough to also provide me with the names of two attorneys whom I could contact that may wish to represent me.
