I didn’t think I’d need a lawyer when my injury 1st happened but I found out quickly that workman’s comp was going to take advantage of my situation and injury from day 1 and look for a way to play down my injury and not get me the therapy I needed to recover. I was getting multiple harassing phone calls from different adjusters all hours of the day as early as 5am and I reached out to Bill’s office to get advice and his staff was quick and responsive. He uncovered that my employer had never reported my injury and helped me with my case right away and help me get doctors appointments. The office handled the workman’s comp issues that constantly arose for the entire length of my case.
