Attorney Melissa Mateus does an exceptional job with the intake process for new clients and carefully advises and guides you through the intricacies associated with the care plan process. Attorney Mateus takes the time to really understand client needs and progress while you work closely with healthcare providers. She along with her para legal are very responsive and are always available by establishing a dedicated appointment time for whatever your needs are. So far, the firm and their legal team work for me!
