These attorneys have very questionable ethics. My mother-in-law has Alzheimer’s and dementia and they had her sign to revoke a POA so her scheming husband could take her retirement inheritance. She was not of sound mind and state health officials have attested to it. I guess if you want attorneys that are not ethical, go with these guys.

I was passed off to a different lawyer mid divorce. The attorney I was passed off to did not win one thing. They would not fight for my best interests.

Kathryn (Katie) Bissonette of Brown Paindiris & Scott, LLP mediated my divorce with my wife (now ex-wife). She was professional and genuinely worked for an amicable and fair separation between my wife and I. Comparing notes with other couples who divorced, the process was 100 time easier than if we did not have a mediator. It was affordable too.

Just saw your commercial and what I noticed was, no ties? Didn't strike me as professional. I know you don't go into court like that. My husband and kids thought you all looked like you just rolled out of bed. My daughter, bit PR person in NY and Los Angeles, thought whomever gave you that advice, it wasn't very good. Bring the ties back; not having them is not impressive.
