Full disclosure I was on the fence about hiring Mr. Capozza because of a negative past review. I had an initial phone conversation with Mr. Capozza and appreciated his candor and honestly. I hired him and he navigated a very difficult closing. He got it done not only professionally but expeditiously. Mr. Capozza is the only real estate attorney I would ever use and I have gone ahead and referred him to many family and friends.

We hired Rick to close in a house we were buying. When he did the title search, he didn’t tell us there was a lis pendens in the title until a few days before we were supposed to close. By that time, our options were limited and we ended up entering a terrible occupancy agreement to get into the house. Fast forward almost 6 months the agreement was terrible and cost us an additional tens of thousands of dollars.
