Worked 2 cases with Richard , first one he took care of it and resolved the issue in timely fashion. The second case i was really disappointed, lack of the response, I had to follow up couple times just to get a respond and I called the assistance and I rarely was able to get a phone call back. I ended up hiring another attorney which resolved the issue within a day.
