I was referred here by another attorney that was well aquatinted with the attorneys at this facility. Long story short I asked for a phone counseltation and Maria said that wasn’t possible because I had to sign paperwork. She than called me “ Mam” I asked her if she just called me “ mam” and she said “ im sorry I thought you said you were a female”. Never once did I say that nor do I sound like a female. Avoid these attorneys at all cost. They shouldn’t have people like Maria representing there company.

They are amazing. They forced my landlord to bring me space heaters at 10:30 last night. They are on top of everything...even house calls. Highly recommend them. They have a heart and WANT to help. Compassion goes a long way...ty so much guys

Support staff are rude and unhelpful. That type of toxic environment is unacceptable.

They may be good for small stuff but don't bring them a Worker's Compensation case. They will rip you off for 20% of every single regular weekly check you get, they'll have you sign a contract giving them money they are not legally entitled to until the PPD checks start rolling in just before final settlement. They will sit back and do absolutely nothing while the opposing insurance company is habitually late in mailing paper checks...directly to them instead of you the injured party. They will not stand up. They will not complain to the court on your behalf while your family languishes and suffers due to their ineptitude for over a year. In short, they're useless for a Worker's Compensation case. Maybe they should stick to ambulance chasing.

I have a long and grateful history here. It started when I hurt my back at work in 2016 and I had trouble with the insurance. I was out for two months and didn't get anything at all from insurance or worker's compensation. My Chief Steward, John Adamson, suggested this firm to take care of the problem and was paid very quickly after I hired Mr. Neusner. Over time, the injury to my back and carpal tunnel surgery made it impossible for me to work full time. Attorny Arscott continued working with me to help with Social Security Disability. I'm so happy to say that on September 30, 2022 we won my case against workers compensation! Thank you so much for all your hard work.
