We just closed on our first home, and the Law Office of Kishore I. Kapoor were absolutely wonderful. We naturally had a lot of questions throughout the process, and they were always available to answer our questions and concerns. They were always polite and courteous, and always very professional and knowledgeable. When it came time for the closing, Mr. Kapoor took the time and explained each document to us, and answered all our questions, which we really appreciated. Our friends highly recommended them, and we would also recommend them to anyone buying a new home.

We purchased a condo recently and for this transaction, we engaged services of Attorney Kapoor. Attorney Kapoor was very professional and kept us abreast on each and every development. During the initial meeting , he gave us the framework of the entire process and took time in explaining key points. He was very prompt in returning emails and tied all the loose ends. We had asked him bunch of questions during the entire process and reflecting back on those questions now ( ie 3 weeks after closing ) , he had answered each and every one of them. Attorney Kapoor is the best real estate attorney - hands down. He is smart, kind, and he goes out of his way to make the entire process go as smoothly as possible. We live in Virginia, so we needed someone who paid particular attention to detail so as not to waste any of our time. He was very careful to make sure we only traveled to Connecticut when we absolutely had to. He took the time to explain everything to us, and he always answered his phone (or called back promptly). Equally as important, Attorney Kapoor's fees are more than reasonable. I recommend him highly! He is the only attorney I'll use when I sell my mother's house.
