With Age Comes Wisdom. Going through this process, I invested a good amount of time to look for the very best & professional Bankruptcy Attorney. I could not afford to make a mistake. After a thorough research, Neil Crane & Associates came up as the best option. I would highly recommend Attorney Neil Crane, especially in the area of real estate Foreclosures, where his talent was utilized. Within the last 40 years, I have retained no less than a dozen attorneys from Connecticut to Washington, D.C., one of whom successfully represented me in a Connecticut “Supreme’ Court” case. During those years I found only one other attorney that stacked up to Attorney Neil Crane’s ability and tenacity. He was a labor attorney in Washington, D.C. with an AVVO rating of 10.0. Attorney Crane brought a foreclosure action (on my wife’s and my behalf) within the speed of light (that’s 186,000 miles per “second”)! Along with other tactics, he legally finessed the other side to settle our issue in a most favorable outcome. He is an example of pure work. Since “a lawyer’s time is her/his stock in trade,” it is important to the client’s wallet to retain an attorney who not only is extremely expert in her/his field, but also possesses a tireless work ethic and most importantly---has a high degree of integrity. Neil Crane and his team are the best. I was forced into signing my mother into a nursing home. They told me only my mothers assets would be affected. They lied they took her house and wanted mine as well even though my mother had nothing to do with my house. My husband had a heart attack and other things that caused him to be disabled and not be able to work anymore. My job after 30 years was outsourced I got behind in my mortgage and they were going to foreclose. Neil and his staff helped me keep my home. I am truly grateful. Also a special shout out to Audra.

It’s a miserable situation, to be drowning in debt. Constantly getting phone calls from creditors, never seeming to be able to catch up, it seemed like the harder I worked the deeper I’d go. I contacted the law office of Neil Crane with no prior knowledge of Mr. Crane or his track record. His office had the highest google review rating so I started there. I spoke with Mr Crane on the phone, and by the end of the conversation I knew that I was dealing with someone who had done this many times in his career and had seen many cases just like mine. The same elements were found in the staff from the front desk and down the line. Great people. I was doing really bad financially so it was a ironic situation to be in when it came down to the price for me to get filed. It costs a lot of money to tell your creditors that you don’t have any money. A word of advice when working with this office is to have at least 2-$3,000 dedicated to paying for your filing, that way you can pay off your fees and get your life back. It may sound like a lot of money, but compared to living with a ton of debt and worrying about losing your things daily, it was a small price to pay. Don’t treat this situation like you’re dealing with a creditor. I finally got filed on my second attempt because I couldn’t make the installment payments on my filing fees. Mr. Crane called me personally to let me know he was dropping me because a few months had went by without me giving any money. In a nutshell pay the money and they WILL do the job for you and to a VERY high standard.The overall time frame was about 3 months just like Mr. Crane had explained in our first meeting. The Law Office of Neil Crane did EXACTLY what they promised and for that I am grateful. I recommend them highly.
