I really enjoy working with Bruce Allen Zawodniak on the real estate transaction-purchase of my first house in Southington, 1999 . Then in 2004 I called him again to help me with refinance of the same house. Bruce gave me an excellent professional recommendation. I choose another lawyer and deeply regret later. The transaction was not smooth and the lawyer did not prepare the documents on time. I had to come back on different time. Bruce Allen Zawodniak is the best lawyer.
