For someone in need of a personal injury attorney, my recommendation is Spinella & Associates. Without getting into detail, my case involved complex issues requiring expert testimony and knowledge in various areas of the law, such as disability. I can say with confidence that he is not afraid to take on a big corporation with a big law firm. Most importantly for me, he has bulldog persistence and dedication to the cause - don’t expect any hand-holding or bedside manner. If you are interested in results he’s your man. I would recommend him highly to anyone in need of a good personal injury lawyer, or a damage claim of any kind.

I am an attorney and have known and worked with Paul Spinella for over 30 years.I do not handle litigation or criminal matters in my own practice. I have referred many clients to Paul and will continue to do so.I have never received a single complaint out of these referrals, but have only received words of thanks and gratitude due to the quality of Paul's services and the caring he shows for each individual client. Most importantly for me is that I have such confidence in Paul that I asked him to represent a family member in a most unfortunate situation. He acted quickly and with sensitivity and due to Paul's knowledge and experience, the result was better than we had hoped. I have know Paul for many years. When we met I was in a civil rights case that 8 other attorneys would not take. He stood up for me and fought for my rights. it was a long and drawn out process and i Eventually I lost, not because of this efforts but because of a very corrupt system of government, So why would someone that loses the case endorse an attorney? it is because it is the right thing to do. I have used him for other matters over time and he has always been helpful.

Once Spinella took my money, he never bothered to contact me regarding the case. It soon became apparent I was a bother to him. When he did bother to return my calls he was always complaining about one ailment or another. Not only did he not know or prepare for the case, he totally blew the argument at the summary judgment meeting, and the judge threw the case out because his arguments were so poorly formed. He was given proper evidence to get to trial (because we provided it for him), but he never bothered to analyze it for argument. In essence, all he did was take a large retainer and then did little or nothing to argue the case. In fact, his understudy who he had write the brief in opposition to summary judgment made an excellent argument, but Spinella never bothered to read it, as was apparent in his oral arguments to the judge. HE SOUNDED COMPLETELY UNINFORMED AND UNPREPARED IN FRONT OF THE JUDGE WITH HIS ORAL ARGUMENT. When the judge asked him questions that we had strong answers to, he completely floundered with weak and poorly thought out answers. I found myself embarrassed to be represented by him at the meeting.
