Very professional and compassionate! Attorney Brandy Thomas was extremely organized, responsive, and efficient. I really appreciate that she truly had my best interest in mind and laid out all available options along with pros and cons right at the start and let me choose how to proceed instead of just pushing for the most expensive route (litigation) like other attorneys. The firm sent flowers, post cards, and checked in with me to make sure I’m doing ok even months after my case was closed. Well worth the money!

The representation was anything but thorough, lacking both clarity and honesty. There was no confidence or compassion shown throughout the process, and the original goals were far from achieved. We left feeling unsupported and disillusioned. We certainly wouldn’t work with them again and cannot recommend their services.

Freed marcroft is the most amazing firm you vould possibly hire. Any other choice is a wring choice. They are very patient and over explain every single detail.
