Having personally worked with this firm and referred clients to this firm, I fully recommend them to handle any family law matter. They handle cases with not only professionalism and empathy but are excellent litigators and advocates for their clients.

I knew Meghan and Kristen were wonderful before I became a Freed Marcroft client— but what I was really impressed with was how terrific their whole team was. Everyone I worked with was both professional and empathetic, and all took pride both in their individual roles and the legal team as a whole. When you work with Freed Marcroft you can tell how much time Meghan and Kristen have spent thinking through both the client experience and who they hire. The folks I worked with were clearly devoted to figuring out my goals and once they did they created a customized approach for me. They didn’t see me as a case or a legal problem, they saw me.

Post is more about the organization than the atty we worked with for mediated divorce... Everyone was very friendly & professional, however the following is the reason for my less than stellar rating: 1) Clients should meet with atty who will actually be taking the case... My original interview was with a partner, not with the atty who took the case, nor was it mentioned at any time that it would be like that 2) We had about the amount of meetings quoted for approximately $5K, yet our balance went several thousand dollars over what was quoted 3) After receiving & paying final bill, we received yet ANOTHER revised final bill for several hundred dollars more. Good customer service would have been to eat that considering the circumstances that occurred, and that final bill had been sent out.

I have nothing but great things to say about this firm. Choosing a firm is scary and a bit stressful but when I walked in for my consultation everyone was so pleasant and comforting. The whole team is easy to work and communicate with! I personally worked with Carla, she's a sweetheart! Jaclyn also did a lot of my work over email, she was always quick and responsive.I am very happy and appreciative of all the hard work they did for me. Thank you again Carla, Jaclyn, Robin, Lori and the rest of the firm for helping me to move forward and start my new beginning! I would highly recommend this firm to anyone!

I don’t know if there are the correct words to express the gratitude that I have for the support, knowledge and understanding that I received. From my very first conversation with Felicia and the team at Freed Marcroft to the very end of my divorce she was exactly what I needed. Her guidance through the most difficult time in my life was invaluable. Through the entire process I found myself thinking “I am so glad I have this person in my corner”. Her sound advice got me where I needed to be and her ability to prepare me for all outcomes and possibilities at each step was critical. We had to change our game plan several times throughout to process and I always knew she had my best interest in mind.

I was very, very satisfied with the legal service and customer service that I received from Meghan and Felicia. They were extremely responsive and available to me for questions. Felicia always listened to my concerns and was candid in her assessments. I was also very happy with the level of customer service from Robin, who was always on top of invoicing and making sure the lawyers returned my calls. I was hesitant to hire counsel because I am a lawyer, but I am glad I hired this firm as it was worth it.

Divorce is a difficult emotional process and even more overwhelming when trying to sort everything out. Meghan Freed and Carla Zahner both helped me through this time. They were able to remove the burden of trying to do it all on my own. They stepped in and helped guide me through important and difficult steps in a way that was both objective and kept the best interests of my children at the center. They were professional, expertly knowledgeable, and sensitive to the emotions surrounding my divorce. I would highly recommend the attorneys and staff at Freed Marcroft. I cannot imagine being where I am today without them.
