Worst experience with an attorney in my lifetime. The performance falls well below the standard of care expected of an attorney and firm. I felt unheard and undervalued as a client. I do not recommend them to anyone going through divorce.

Campbell Barrett took on my divorce case but had limited time to work on my case. After a year of filing motions and never appearing in court, to defend the filed motions I hired a second lawyer to get me through the divorce process. If I had not done this we would have gone to trial and spent most of the settlement. Please don’t let his lash offices fool you… You are paying dearly for them with. He offered very few results

I consulted this attorney on a post decision alimony modification issue. He was prepared and professional during the consultation. Unfortunately my divorce was prolonged and complex. Attorney Barrett had reviewed all of my relevant case material from the divorce and was able to get right down to the essence of the current issues. I look forward to working with him.

Strengths: Extremely knowledgeable and will not cause unnecessary contention. He is best used for short term complicated issues. Greatest weakness: Does not become invested in clients cases and appears not to care. This prevents him from listening and solving his client's specific problems. He pursues a heavy case load and spreads himself thin. His primary focus is the pursuit of revenue and not to solve the client’s problem. He is passionate about the law, but not his clients interests. He is very confident of his superior knowledge and sometimes underestimates his opponent’s abilities and legal style. He does not invest in his relationships with other divorce professionals so he can be at a disadvantage against a lawyer that is better networked them him. At his current fee, I would not recommend him for a long term case that requires his constant attention, however, I would highly recommend him for short term complicated issues.
